All personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, demographic data, and telephone and fax numbers, as well as your comments or other messages to the Library District are confidential and will not be given to any other agency or organization, or used for any purpose other than one prescribed by the Arapahoe Library District, except when necessary to comply with subpoenas, court orders or legal processes, or when your actions or use of our websites, programs, or services violates the terms of our public accessibility or unacceptable use policies.

The Arapahoe Library District uses personal information primarily when compiling user statistics, ascertaining patron opinions and suggestions and promoting the Library District and its programs and services, among other uses. The Library District has, in place, certain technological and procedural security functions in order to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.
