Arapahoe Library District offers meeting space at no charge to all nonprofit, community and for-profit/business groups, regardless of their beliefs or affiliations. A fee will be charged to groups using the meeting rooms outside of regular facility business hours. The meeting rooms are not available for private parties or gatherings.

We often experience a high volume of meeting room requests. Even with a high volume of requests, it is important to the Library District that individuals who are reserving meeting rooms have a positive and seamless experience doing so. Meeting room reservations are made on a recurring basis, four months at a time. Priority will be given to those who submit their applications online. If you are interested in receiving notification of upcoming signups, please provide us with your email.
